There is 15acres of land between our estate (Football Fans Estate) and Grandview Estate by Adron Homes and Property LTD that we are buying at N4,200,000 per acre as agreed with the seller buy we are giving 10acres of land out for investment.

This 15 acres will be turned to an estate which will be managed by our company. A WhatsApp group will be created for investors to run the affairs of the estate.
